How Convenient Is FedEx Ship Manager® at fedex.com?

You can create shipments by following these simple steps:

  1. Login. Go to fedex.com and log in to FedEx Ship Manager at fedex.com with your assigned user ID and password.
  2. To. Enter the recipient information. If you will be shipping to that address again, click "Save new recipient in address book" for faster access in the future.
  3. Package & Shipment Details. Fill out the shipping and package details, including the type of FedEx® service you are using, the type of package you are shipping and the weight of the package.
  4. Billing Details. Fill out the billing details, including any special services, signature options or e-mail notifications. You can also schedule a pickup or get rates and transit times for your shipments.
  5. Continue Your Shipment. If you will be shipping to this recipient again, store the recipient’s information by checking the box to Create a Shipment Profile, and then clicking "Ship." At the next screen, confirm your shipment details and click "Ship."
  6. Print. Print the shipping label and place it inside the plastic pouch. Affix the pouch to your package.
  7. Drop off. Drop off the package at the mailroom or at any FedEx Express® Drop Box or other location. Or schedule a pickup at fedex.com.
